GRAVES

We have 12 fonts available for you. You can choose them after you have selected in the control panel which sides of your jewelry should be engraved.

Your personal engraving is displayed as a preview in the engraving text field! As soon as you change the font, the font in the field will also change to the selected font. So you can see how it will look in the end.

Unfortunately, engraved jewelry, are excluded from return and can not be returned.

If you are unsure whether you like the jewelry, you can order it without engraving and send it back free of charge and order it again but this time with engraving. This is the best way to find out if you want to keep it.

We adjust the size of the font to the ordered piece of jewelry to make sure it looks coherent. Also, texts that are too long will be separated and engraved on two or more lines. If you are unsure you can contact us and we will discuss how best to engrave your text.

If you have a special engraving wish, you can contact us by Whatsapp or email! Just send us a small drawing and we look at what is within the possibilities. Different shapes, strokes and more everything is possible 😊.

RETURN & REFUND

If you have properly sent your package to us, we will refund you the purchase amount within 2 days after receiving the goods. The amount will be credited to you with the payment method you used for your order.

With your shipment number of your return you can see HERE where the package is.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you always keep your return slip safe until the refund has been made.

For this we ask you to return your order regularly and place a new order for your desired length/size.

QUESTIONS ABOUT GIFT CERTIFICATES

Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

No, the invoice amount will be deducted from your voucher value. The remaining amount remains and is redeemable with your next purchase with the code.

Yes, the amount will then be credited back to your voucher.

No, the voucher is only valid for the online store.
