ENGRAVINGS
We have 12 fonts available for you. You can choose these after you have selected which sides of your piece of jewelry should be engraved in the control panel.
Your personal engraving will be displayed as a preview in the engraving text field! As soon as you change the font, the font in the field will also change to the selected font. So you can see how it will look in the end.
Unfortunately, engraved jewelry is excluded from returns and cannot be sent back.
If you are unsure whether you like the jewelry, you are welcome to order it without engraving and send it back free of charge and order it again, but this time with engraving. This is the best way to find out if you want to keep it.
We adjust the size of the lettering to the piece of jewelry ordered to ensure that it looks consistent. Texts that are too long are also separated and engraved on two or more lines. If you are unsure, you are welcome to contact us and we will discuss the best way to engrave your text.
If you have a special engraving request, you are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp or email! Just send us a small drawing and we will see what is possible. Different shapes, lines and more are all possible 😊.
RETURN & REFUND
Of course this is possible. If you do not like your piece of jewelry, you can return your order within 30 days and we will refund the full amount.

If you have sent your parcel to us correctly, we will refund the purchase amount within 2 days of receiving the goods. The amount will be credited to you using the payment method you used for your order.
You can use the tracking number of your return HERE to see where the parcel is located.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you always keep your return slip in a safe place until the refund has been made.
Please return your order as normal and place a new order for your desired length/size.
QUESTIONS ABOUT GIFT VOUCHERS
Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
No, the invoice amount will be deducted from the value of your voucher. The remaining amount remains and can be redeemed with the code on your next purchase.
Yes, the amount will then be credited back to your voucher.

Reasons for this could be:
