ENGRAVINGS

We offer you 12 different fonts to choose from. As soon as you select which side of your piece of jewelry is to be engraved during the ordering process, you can easily specify the desired font.

Your personal engraving is displayed as a preview directly in the engraving text field. Simply change the font and the preview in the field will adjust automatically. So you can see what your piece of jewelry will look like later.

Unfortunately, engraved pieces of jewelry cannot be returned as they were individually made for you.

If you are unsure, order the jewelry without engraving first. That way, you can take your time to look at it and, if you don't like it, send it back free of charge. If you like it, you can then order it again - this time with engraving.

The size of the font is individually adapted to your piece of jewelry so that it is perfectly matched to it. Longer texts can be divided into two or more lines to ensure a harmonious result.

If you are unsure, you are welcome to contact us. Together we will discuss the best way to engrave your text.

If you have a special engraving request, please contact us by WhatsApp or email. Simply send us a small sketch or description and we will check what is possible. Whether special shapes, lines or other creative ideas - many things are possible! 😊

RETURN & REFUND

Of course this is possible. If you don't like your piece of jewelry, you can return it within 30 days and we will refund you the full amount.

If you have properly returned your package to us, we will refund the purchase amount within 2 days after we have received the goods. The amount will be credited to you via the same payment method that you used for your order.

With your consignment number you can here to check the status of your return.

Important: Please keep the return slip in a safe place until the refund has been completed.

To exchange an item for a different length or size, please return your order as normal and place a new order for the desired length or size.

Our vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

No, that is not necessary. The invoice amount is simply deducted from the value of your voucher. The remaining balance remains and can be redeemed with the same code on your next purchase.
