Return value under 500€:
Request your DHL return slip online now, easily and conveniently. To do this, please fill out the return slip at the following link completely with YOUR data and your ORDER NUMBER. In the second step, you can print out the DHL returns form directly or send it to us by email. You can also show the QR code on your smartphone in the store if you don't have a printer to hand.
Return value over 500€:
For orders over 500€ please contact customer service to receive a return slip: shop@identim.de
Please note that personalized/engraved items are excluded from return! If these are sent back to us, we will have to charge the shipping costs.
