We have 12 fonts available for you to choose from. You can choose them after you have selected in the dropdown menu which sides of your jewelry should be engraved.
Characters:
Please note that we are not able to engrave emojis. A heart(♡) or an infinity sign (∞) are no problem. Feel free to copy them here and enter them in the engraving field.
Languages:
If you want an Arabic or Russian font, the system will not allow you to change the font. We copy the lettering and convert it into a fixed image. This means that it is not possible for us to separate lines. However, if you would like this, please contact us.
Size and placement of engraving:
We adjust the size of the font to the ordered piece of jewelry to make sure it looks coherent. Also, text that is too long will be separated and engraved on two or more lines. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us and we can discuss how best to engrave your text.
Preview of your engraving:
Your personal engraving is displayed as a preview in the engraving text field! As soon as you change the font, the font in the field will also change to the selected font. So you can see how it will look in the end.
Diamond engraving:
A diamond engraving is colorless and is engraved into the material as a relief with a diamond. For this we use a special CNC program and an engraving CNC machine of the highest quality.
Only the outline is engraved when using a thick font.
Horizontal & Vertical:
If there is a choice for your jewelry, horizontal engravings are engraved from left to right. Vertical engravings are always engraved from bottom to top.
Return:
Please keep in mind that engraved jewelry is excluded from exchanges and returns and therefore cannot be returned!
Special request?
If you have a special engraving wish, you can contact us by Whatsapp or e-mail! Just send us a drawing and we will see what is within the possibilities. Different shapes, strokes and more everything is possible 😊.
If you are unsure whether you like the jewelry, you are welcome to order it without engraving and return it free of charge and order it again but this time with engraving. This is the best way to find out if you want to keep it.

Combinations:
Layering is the term for wearing several chains with your outfit. Here, a combination of two different models with lengths of 50cm and 60cm is perfect. The trick is to combine it perfectly so that it does not look too cluttered. Let your imagination run wild and combine as you like!

RETURNS IN GERMANY
Items can be returned to us free of charge via DHL within 100 days of receipt without giving any reason.
- To start the return, go to our returns portal Request return label
(you will need your order number). - Print your return label and stick it on the outside of your package. (Don't have a printer? Don't worry - not all of our return options require a printer. You can see which printerless options are available in the portal).
- Processing of returns may take up to 3 business days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The money will be refunded to the original means of payment.
RETOURS FROM ABROAD
Items can be returned to us within 100 days of receipt using a shipping carrier of your choice without giving any reason. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns for our international customers at this time, but we hope to offer this in the future!
