We process and ship your order within 1 business day from our warehouse in Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany.
 

You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS, which you can use to track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.

FURTHER INFORMATION

DAMAGED O. DAMAGED JEWELRY
Non-refundable items are used/worn items and earrings. Jewelry must be in like new and unworn condition with all tags attached.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, already worn, or otherwise in unacceptable condition, we cannot issue a refund and will return the item.

RETURNSWITHOUT A RIGHT OF RETURN
For returns sent back to us without a right of return, we reserve the right to retain or charge for shipping and return shipping costs. This includes returns of worn or engraved items.


ADDRESS ERRORS AND NON-ACCESSED PACKAGES
For shipments returned to us due to a customer address error, or shipments where a delivery attempt was made and subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to withhold shipping and return shipping charges. A re-delivery attempt will also be charged.


DELAYED PAKET
We have established partnerships with all of our carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the specified time frame. Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or carrier issues that are beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all of our customers regarding returns, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
In the event that a package is lost, missing or delivery cannot be confirmed via tracking, we will reship the order. Packages that have confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated and are not eligible for a refund until resolved. If your package does not appear or arrives damaged, please contact us at: shop@identim.de with your order number.
