Order by express until December 23rd at 12:00 noon and receive your delivery on time for Christmas before 2 pm! Only applies to deliveries within Germany and items for which the shipping method "ChristmasExpress delivery by UPS" is possible in the checkout.
All orders with normal DHL shipping willnot arrive before Christmas!

You will receive a tracking number by e-mail or SMS, which you can use to track the status of your parcel. Please also check your SPAM folder.

FURTHER INFORMATION
DAMAGED O. DAMAGED JEWELRY
Non-refundable items are used/worn items and earrings. Jewelry must be in mint and unworn condition and all tags must be attached.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If an item is returned to us that is damaged, previously worn or otherwise in unacceptable condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and will return the item.
RETURNS WITHOUT RIGHT TO RETURN
We reserve the right to withhold or charge the shipping and return costs for returns that are sent back to us without a right to return. This includes returns of worn or engraved items.
ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNAPPROVED PACKAGES
We reserve the right to withhold shipping and return shipping charges for shipments returned to us due to a customer address error or shipments that have been attempted for delivery and are subsequently returned to us. A re-delivery attempt will also be charged.
DELAYED PACKAGE
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all parcels within the specified time frame. Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information, or issues with the carrier that are out of our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all of our customers regarding returns, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
In the event that a package is lost, missing or delivery cannot be confirmed via tracking, we will reship the order. Packages that have a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated and are not eligible for a refund until resolved.
