 RETURNS IN GERMANY

Items can be returned to us free of charge via DHL within 100 days of receipt without giving any reason. 

1. To start the return, go to our returns portal Request return label
   (you will need your order number).
2. Print your return label and stick it on the outside of your package. (Don't have a printer? Don't worry - not all of our return options require a printer. You can see which printerless options are available in the portal).
3. Processing of returns may take up to 3 business days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The money will be refunded to the original means of payment.

 RETOURS FROM ABROAD

Items can be returned to us within 100 days of receipt using a shipping carrier of your choice without giving any reason. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns for our international customers at this time, but we hope to offer this in the future!

1. Fill out the return form which is included in the package.
2. Choose a shipping provider of your choice.
3. Processing of returns may take up to 3 business days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The money will be refunded to the original means of payment.
