Please contact us first (shop@identim.de) if you have received an incorrect or damaged item.

Don't like your piece of jewelry? No problem!
items can be returned to us at within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Personalized products cannot be returned. These are excluded from exchange and return!

 RETURNS IN GERMANY

Items can be returned to us free of charge by DHL within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons. 

1. To start the return process, go to our returns portal Request a return label
   (you will need your order number).
2. Print out your return label and stick it on the outside of your parcel. If you don't have a printer to hand, simply use the QR code at a Packstation or in-store.
3. The processing of returns can take up to 3 working days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The amount will be refunded to the original means of payment.

 

Items can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt with a shipping service provider of your choice without giving a reason. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns for our international customers, but we hope to be able to offer this in the future!

1. Pack your shipment securely as received and make sure that the packing slip is included.
2. Select a shipping service provider of your choice and send us your package with sufficient insurance and postage.
3. The processing of returns can take up to 3 working days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The amount will be refunded to the original means of payment.
