RETURNS IN GERMANY
Articles can be returned within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons. free of charge be returned to us by DHL.
- To start the return process, go to our returns portal Request a return label
(you will need your order number). - Print out your return label and stick it on the outside of your parcel. If you don't have a printer to hand, simply use the QR code at a Packstation or in-store.
- The processing of returns can take up to 3 working days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The amount will be refunded to the original means of payment.
RETURNS FROM ABROAD (EU)Items can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt with a shipping service provider of your choice without giving a reason. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns for our international customers, but we hope to be able to offer this in the future!
- Pack your shipment securely as received and make sure that the packing slip is included.
- Select a shipping service provider of your choice and send us your package with sufficient insurance and postage.
