 RETURNS IN GERMANY

Items can be returned to us free of charge by DHL within 30 days of receipt without giving reasons. 

1. To start the return process, go to our returns portal Request a return label
   (you will need your order number).
2. Print out your return label and stick it on the outside of your parcel. (Don't have a printer? Don't worry - not all of our return options require a printer. You can see which printerless options are available in the portal).
3. The processing of returns can take up to 3 working days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The money will be refunded to the original means of payment.

 RETURNS FROM ABROAD

Items can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt with a shipping service provider of your choice without giving a reason. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free returns for our international customers, but we hope to be able to offer this in the future!

1. Fill out the return form which is included in the package.
2. Select a shipping service provider of your choice.
3. The processing of returns can take up to 3 working days (Mon - Fri) from receipt. The money will be refunded to the original means of payment.
